Trampoline Dodgeball Snapchat Story October 2015

On October 18th, 2015 Snapchat featured a fun and lively story set at the Sky Zone Trampoline Park in Las Vegas, Nevada where dodgeball teams came together to fight for the championship title.

The story was titled, “Trampoline Dodgeball” and began with an opening line that stated, “Duck, dip, dive, dodge, and BOUNCE with us in Las Vegas. This ain’t gym class. This is the Ultimate Dodgeball Championship.” There were multiple geofilters throughout the entire Snapchat story that day, which included the word “Dodgeball” accompanied by characters throwing balls along with a “UDC” (Ultimate Dodgeball Championship) geofilter. There was also one geofilter that was featured stating, “Balls in the Ultimate Dodgeball Championship can reach speeds upwards of 80 mph.”

The story began with warm-ups of various teams and eventually continued to the main events of dedicated dodgeballers bouncing, jumping and dodging their way on each side of the Sky Zone trampoline arena. With the cheering crowd of onlookers, the first two teams to compete were Team Awesome vs. Team Dynasty. The competition continued as a total of 8 teams competed for a chance to win the grand prize of not only being able to claim the championship title but also to snatch up a total of $20,000.

The ending of the Trampoline Dodgeball Snapchat story revealed the winners, Team Awesome followed by a massive celebration and cheer from both the team and the crowd. Walking away with boasting rights and $20,000 in their pockets, it won’t be until next October when the 2016 Ultimate Dodgeball Championship takes place.
