  1. Oh my gosh, thank you, this support number is so hard to find. I called and got through without too much hassle. Aabaco uses an Indian call center but it is staffed 24/7. They needed a credit card from me to verify me which I didn’t have but I will try to call them again soon. Thank you so much.

  2. Thank you for the phone numbers. They try to hide it, and provide solutions that don’t work.

  3. I AGREE WITH THE COMMENT ABOVE. WHEN YOU WANT HELP YOU GET SOMEONE FROM INDIA, WHO SPEAKS ENGLISH O.K. BUT WHO DOES NOT THINK LIKE WE DO SO WHEN YOU EXPLAIN YOUR AABACO PROBLEM, THEY SAY ‘YES SIR, THANK YOU VERY MUCH WE WILL FIX THE PROBLEM. WE ARE SORRY YOU ARE HAVING PROBLEMS” BUT THEN NOTHING GETS FIXED BECAUSE THEY DO NOT KNOW EXACTLY WHAT IT IS YOU ARE EXPLAINING. THEY ARE MUCH WORSE NOW THAT THE UNETHICAL AND GREEDY VERIZON HAS TAKEN OVER YAHOO.

    • Well, to be fair the Yahoo/Aabaco problems began in 2015..

    • Hi Leo,

I wish your email would have been a little bit more politically correct as far as your comment about Indian. I do however find your comment about Verizon intriguing so I’ll have to research that. One suggestion I have for you which may seem trivial to you. When you write in all capital letters it’s very hard to read and also a bit off-putting. Some people feel that writing in all caps is like yelling. But that is subjective. As for it being hard to read, that has been proven. It’s something I learned when I was writing advertisements for national magazines– a tip that my typesetter passed on to me. He was very knowledgeable and it been a typesetter for many years.

  4. Finally got the number after going all over the web world!!!! Now I just have to work out which part of the states they are so I can get the code to call them from UK unless someone out there knows?????

  7. What is my problem that I cannot get to current website in website builder.

  8. can you help?

    • Me? No, sorry. But above is the Aabaco phone numbers – if they’re your host, you’ll have to work with them…

  9. This is my domain name excelite.in, our email services not working last 3 days please help and provide customer care number so we contact directly. This is my contact details +91 9899686628, please help

    • I would call Aabaco using their customer service phone number.

      • Wow….you’re a great help!!! All the numbers I call do not respond. I know there is a pandemic going on…but DAMN IT, people like you need to stop giving out stupid info…like giving out numbers that are not reachable. You are absolutely WORTHLESS!

        • Haha!! Wow, I love this. I have 3,668 comments on this website and that was by far the most entertaining. Seriously.

The article above is 4 years old. This was huge news and helped thousands of people. 😉 If the numbers changed, why don’t you find out what the new numbers are to your web host and post them here for other people? That’s basically why there’s a comments section and a contact form here.. Ya know, be helpful, instead of calling people names.. lol

  10. Just want to say that closing my Aabaco website has been a nightmare. When we manually closed it online, our website still appeared. So we called Yahoo and they said they think they realize what the problem was but then we waited for days and the website still appeared. Then one day it finally disappeared so we thought everything was cool. But for 2 months after that we were still being billed or monthly fee. So here goes another nightmare trying to get them to take the charge off of our credit card bill. Grrrrr!

  11. The Above mentioned numbers are not working. Can you provide a working number, please 🙂

  12. It looks like Aabaco is back to Yahoo Small Business now, December 11, 2019. I just phoned to transfer my nameservers over to another hosting plan / provider and was able to do that by phoning (866) 800-8092. The phone numbers above for the (408) area code were only bringing a fast ring that did not connect. Perhaps they disconnected? I’m not sure but if it helps anyone try the (866) 800-8092 phone number. I had no problems initially with YSB but it was a nightmare with Aabaco trying to get any understanding in getting it to work with WordPress but my new provider (HostGator) should make that easier… I hope. 🙂

  13. Keep getting a message “you are not connected to the internet, please try connecting”. I am connected to the internet. I cannot publish my updates in Sitebuilder and these are all my business websites. This is so frustrating. I have updated everything in the computer and it still won’t let me publish updates. I even uninstalled sitebuilder and reinstalled it and brought everything back in. I even went back to a earlier point and it still won’t let me publish. It constantly says I am not connected to the internet – idiot I am connected to the internet for everything else but sitebuilder. Can anyone help? Name is Bruce, info@womaa.com
