Recently someone shared their Google Analytics after reading my article about review markup and implementing it on their law firm’s website.
Prior to installing it, they wondered if their click through rate (CTR) would improve. I told them it would, but how much, I was not sure of.
Please keep in mind I do not recommend going site-wide with this type of change- I wrote about that here: Problems with Rich Snippets Google needs to fix.
As the screenshot below will show, the site went from receiving 1,500 hits per week to 2,400 hits per week, an increase of around 62.5%.
We are currently reorganizing some of the site’s content to help the law firm obtain more answer boxes, aka featured snippets.
