Well there it is. If you Google “DUI checkpoints + your city” and you may see DUI checkpoints & recent alerts.

Much of the data is taken from DUIBlock.com. I tried the search on Raleigh, Los Angeles, Chicago and a few other big cities and it worked in all cities where DUIBlock.com had an updated page.

Do Google answer boxes decrease traffic to a website?

This depends entirely on the answer. In some cases, yes, an answer box provides everything people need to know without ever visiting a website. In other cases, such as this one, an answer box will increase click through traffic. This is the perfect example as only a portion of the results are showing via Google.

Don’t drink and drive

It isn’t worth it. Just because the Internet provides you with a little insight of main roads and intersections to avoid if you have had a few doesn’t provide an excuse to get behind the wheel of a car while intoxicated. Even if you are one of those people who is extra cautious, if someone bolts out in front of your car and you hit them you are probably going to spend the rest of your life in a prison.
