Today when looking up “wedding rings” I discovered a Google answer box that had data “scraped” from 2 separate sites and combined the information to make 1 answer box. I call it scraping as this is not Google’s content yet they use it on their website anyways.
As you can see in the screenshot below the answer box pulls the definition and text content from Jared. As for the image, it is pulled from a top ranking image result which happens to be from Overstock.com.
It will be interesting to see how these answer boxes evolve over time.
